S Mason Pratt, or Mason Pratt, is the author of The Truth about Hannah White and On the Knife Edge. A former intelligence officer in the 82nd Airborne and graduate of Harvard Law School, his new novel, Saving Lizzie, is about to be published. He and his wife live on Sebago Lake.
